Cooking Suggestions

Stir-Fried Vegan Black Pepper Beef with Vegetables

Stovetop:

  1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and broccoli, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. Add the vegan black pepper beef and stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until heated through and crispy.
  4. Add soy sauce and black pepper to taste and stir well to combine.
  5. Serve with steamed rice or noodles.

Grilled Vegan Black Pepper Beef Steak with Roasted Vegetables

Grill:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the vegan black pepper beef on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until crispy and heated through.
  4. While grilling, toss your favorite vegetables (such as zucchini, eggplant, and bell peppers) in olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them on the grill.

  4. Bake the vegan black pepper beef for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and heated through.

Delicious & versatile!
Love these! We use them in stir fries & bibimbap regularly, and they're great by themselves or sliced and thrown into a recipe. Great flavor as-is or complementing many sauces. Super versatile.
