Enjoy the same flavors and experience of traditional beef, but with a compassionate, plant-based twist.

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Yellow Pea Protein
  • Avocado Oil
  • Natural Flavors
  • Brown Rice Protein
  • Red Lentil Protein
  • 2% or less of Methylcellulose
  • Potato Starch
  • Pea Starch
  • Potassium Lactate (to preserve freshness)
  • Faba Bean Protein
  • Apple Extract
  • Pomegranate Concentrate
  • Potassium Salt
  • Spice
  • Vinegar
  • Vegetable Juice Color (with Beet)

Cooking Suggestions:

  • Pan-Fry:

    1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil.
    2. Add Beyond Beef to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes.
    3. Break it apart with a spatula until it’s browned and heated through. Season to taste and use in tacos, burgers, or pasta dishes.
  • Grill:

    1. Form Beyond Beef into patties.
    2. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
    3. Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, until slightly crispy on the outside and fully cooked inside.
