Cooking Suggestions:
Pan-Fry:
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil.
- Add Beyond Beef to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes.
- Break it apart with a spatula until it’s browned and heated through. Season to taste and use in tacos, burgers, or pasta dishes.
Grill:
- Form Beyond Beef into patties.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side, until slightly crispy on the outside and fully cooked inside.
