COOKING SUGGESTIONS
Stew
Slice desired vegetables (potatoes, mushrooms, tomato or carrots) and three tier meat into small pieces. Boil a pot of water with the vegetables and the mutton approximately 30-45 minutes. Add 2T of mushroom seasonings and add some spicy oil if desired. Serve and enjoy

Perfect Texture
This was surprisingly really good. It has a perfect fatty meaty texture and realistic flavor. The "fat" (white part) has a soft but dense springiness to it like real pork fat and the brown "meat" has a nice fibrous bite to it.
