Ingredients:

  • Textured Soybean Protein (Soybean Protein, Wheat Protein, Wheat Starch, Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Sulfate)
  • Water
  • Soybean Oil
  • Isolated Soy Protein
  • Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Wheat, Salt)
  • Modified Tapioca Starch
  • Raw Cane Sugar
  • Ginger
  • Contains less than 0.5% of: Tomato Powder, Vegan Flavor, Salt, Yeast Extract, Seaweed Extract
  • Transglutaminase
  • Flavoring Agents (I+G Glycine, DL-Alanine)
  • White Pepper Powder
  • Licorice Powder
  • Natural Food Coloring (Paprika & Caramel)
  • Dried Seaweed

Cooking Suggestions:

Stovetop:

  1. Heat a skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to the pan.
  3. Place the vegan salmon in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Grill:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  3. Place the vegan salmon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Oven:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Arrange the vegan salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until heated through.

Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the vegan salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Microwave (Quick Heat):

  1. Place the vegan salmon on a microwave-safe plate.
  2. Heat on high for 1-2 minutes until warmed through.
