Cooking Suggestions:

Stir-Frying:

  1. Slice desired vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots) and the tofu into small pieces.
  2. Stir-fry with 1 tablespoon of oil and 3 tablespoons of mushroom sauce, adding a bit of water as needed.
  3. Once the seasoning boils, add the vegetables and tofu to the wok. Let it boil again and add 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch water to thicken.
  4. Serve and enjoy!

Scramble:

  1. Crumble the tofu into bite-sized pieces using your hands or a fork.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the tofu and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden.
  4. Add diced vegetables like onions, bell peppers, spinach, or mushrooms.
  5. Season with turmeric, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve with toast or as a breakfast burrito filling.

Salad:

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the tofu with your favorite salad vegetables (e.g., cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce).
  3. Drizzle with your favorite vegan dressing, such as balsamic vinaigrette or tahini dressing.
  4. Add fresh herbs like cilantro or parsley for extra flavor.
  5. Toss gently and serve chilled as a light and refreshing salad.

Stir-Fry with Rice:

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes or strips.
  2. Stir-fry the tofu in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat until golden brown.
  3. Add mixed vegetables like broccoli, carrots, and snap peas to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add a splash of soy sauce or vegan stir-fry sauce and cooked rice to the pan.
  5. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and heat through.
  6. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds or green onions on top.

Soup:

  1. Slice the tofu into thin strips or cubes.
  2. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
  3. Add the tofu, along with vegetables such as mushrooms, bok choy, and carrots.
  4. Season with soy sauce, a dash of sesame oil, and ginger.
  5. Let the soup simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the tofu to absorb the flavors.
  6. Serve hot and garnish with fresh herbs or chili flakes.
