Boil
Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil. Add a pinch of salt to the water. Carefully add the dumplings to the boiling water, stirring gently to prevent sticking. Cook the dumplings until they float to the surface, then continue boiling for an additional 2-3 minutes. The total cooking time is usually around 6-8 minutes, depending on the size of the dumplings. Use a slotted spoon to remove the dumplings from the water, then serve them hot with dipping sauce.
