Vegan Coal Roasted Sausage

First time trying it and I love it. The flavor is a bit smoky and sweet like lap cheong or Chinese sausage, but the texture is softer like a western style sausage. If you have had the Impossible sausage, the texture is just like that, it's meaty and soft. It's really good, and I love that it has a lot of flavor so it can be enjoyed even by itself, or added to other stuff.

These are delish in many different dishes, even with pasta and red sauce!

These are so good. They're very reminiscent of the smoked sausages I grew up eating way back in my omni days.No other smoked/coal roasted sausage alternative can hold a candle to these IMHO. Their smokey flavor is very authentic and realistic unlike other brands, which tend to taste like they use liquid smoke, which I don't hate, but don't particularly love either.
