Ingredients:

Cooking Suggestions:
Skillet Stir-Fry:
- Slice desired vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, or broccoli) and Vegan Beef Chunks into smaller pieces, if desired.
- In a wok, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and add 3 tablespoons of BBQ sauce with a little water.
- Once the mixture starts to boil, add the vegetables and Vegan Beef Chunks.
- Let the mixture come to a boil again, then add 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce.
- Stir well, remove from heat, and serve hot. Enjoy over rice or noodles.
Grill:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and brush Vegan Beef Chunks lightly with oil and desired seasonings.
- Place on skewers with vegetables (bell peppers, mushrooms, and zucchini work well).
- Grill for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and heated through.
- Serve as part of a platter or in wraps.
Oven-Baked:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the Vegan Beef Chunks with your favorite marinade (such as teriyaki or garlic soy) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
- Serve in tacos, salads, or grain bowls.
Slow Cooker:
- Add Vegan Beef Chunks to the slow cooker with sliced onions, garlic, carrots, and your choice of broth.
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours until the chunks are tender and infused with flavor.
