Cooking Instructions:
Pan-Seared:
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the slab for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently for an even crust.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.
Grilled:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the slab with oil and season as desired.
- Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, flipping once.
Oven-Roasted:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly oil the slab and place on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Barbecued:
- Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
- Brush the slab with oil and grill for 4–6 minutes per side, flipping once.
- Let rest before serving.
Stir-Fry:
- Slice the slab into thin strips.
- Heat a wok or skillet over high heat with a small amount of oil.
- Add the sliced slab and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, until slightly crispy.
- Toss with your favorite vegetables, sauce, and seasonings.
