COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Remove soup base from package and pour them into a large pot. Season the broth with soy sauce for saltiness, salt and pepper to taste, and a pinch of sugar if desired. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference. Bring the soup to a boil over medium-high heat. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer gently for at least 30 minutes to allow all the flavors to meld together. The longer you simmer, the richer the soup will become. Transfer the hot pot broth to a heat-proof pot or set it directly on a hot plate at the dining table. Add other vegan products and vegetables if desired.
