We welcome Buddha Bodai, located at 77 Mulberry Street, one of the first vegan restaurants in Chinatown. Now, you can enjoy Buddha Bodai’s famous Vegan Mushroom Duck at the comfort of your own home! This dish combines the rich, savory taste of mushrooms with the texture of duck, all wrapped in a delicious plant-based protein.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat Flour
  • Wheat Protein

Cooking Suggestions:

Skillet Method:

  1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the vegan mushroom duck pieces to the skillet and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side until they become golden and slightly crispy on the outside.
  3. Optionally, drizzle with soy sauce or hoisin sauce for extra flavor and cook for an additional minute.
