Cooking Suggestions:

Stir-Fry:

  1. Defrost the Vegan Soy Chip (Bean Bread).
  2. Slice the soy chip into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  4. Add your desired vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, or zucchini) and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced Vegan Soy Chip to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the chips are lightly crispy and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot, optionally with a drizzle of soy sauce or your favorite stir-fry sauce.
