- Slice the soy chip into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat a non-stick pan or wok over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
- Add your desired vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, or zucchini) and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the sliced Vegan Soy Chip to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the chips are lightly crispy and the vegetables are tender.
