Ingredients:

  • Soybean Fiber (Soybean Protein, Wheat Protein, Corn Starch)
  • Water
  • Soybean Protein (Non-GMO)
  • Soybean Oil
  • Sugar
  • Sea Salt
  • Yeast Extract Powder
  • Vegetarian Flavor (White Pepper, Black Pepper, Chili, Chinese Five Spice)
  • Paprika Oleoresin
  • Iron Oxides

Cooking Instructions:

Steaming:

  1. Defrost the vegan ham if frozen.
  2. Place the vegan ham in a steamer and steam for 8-10 minutes until heated through.
  3. Slice and serve as desired.

Boiling:

  1. Defrost the vegan ham if frozen.
  2. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the vegan ham.
  3. Boil for 5-7 minutes, ensuring it’s fully heated.
  4. Slice and serve for sandwiches or add to other dishes.

Stir-Frying:

  1. Defrost and slice the vegan ham into strips or cubes.
  2. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the vegan ham and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add vegetables and your favorite sauce for a delicious stir-fry.

Deep-Frying:

  1. Defrost and slice the vegan ham into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
  3. Carefully drop the vegan ham into the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  4. Remove and drain excess oil before serving.

Grilling:

  1. Defrost and slice the vegan ham into thick slices.
  2. Preheat the grill over medium heat.
  3. Grill the slices for 2-3 minutes per side or until grill marks appear.

Delicious!
I like to slice it, fry it crisp, and put hoisin sauce on it. Great on its own, but even better on an English muffin with some lettuce and a slice of tomato.
