Thick, tender, and packed with 31g of protein per serving, Chunk’s Plant-Based Slab delivers the rich taste and hearty texture of steak—completely plant-based! Made from non-GMO soy, this versatile slab is perfect for sautéing, grilling, barbecuing, baking, or stir-frying.

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Cultured Soy Protein (Defatted Soy Flour, Soy Protein Isolate, Wheat Gluten)
  • Coconut Oil
  • Natural Flavors
  • Beet Juice Concentrate (for Color)
  • Salt
  • Iron Bisglycinate (Iron)
  • Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)

Contains: Soy, Wheat, Coconut

Cooking Instructions:

Pan-Seared:

  1. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear the slab for 3–4 minutes per side, pressing gently for an even crust.
  3. Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.

Grilled:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the slab with oil and season as desired.
  3. Grill for 4–5 minutes per side, flipping once.

Oven-Roasted:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly oil the slab and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Barbecued:

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Brush the slab with oil and grill for 4–6 minutes per side, flipping once.
  3. Let rest before serving.

Stir-Fry:

  1. Slice the slab into thin strips.
  2. Heat a wok or skillet over high heat with a small amount of oil.
  3. Add the sliced slab and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, until slightly crispy.
  4. Toss with your favorite vegetables, sauce, and seasonings.
