Ingredients:

  • Soybean Fiber
  • Soybean Protein Hydrolysate
  • Bean Oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Vegetarian Seasonings (White Pepper, Black Pepper, Chinese Five Spice)

Cooking Instructions:

Skillet:

  1. Slice the Vegan Chicken Ham and dice your desired vegetables (e.g., carrots, string beans, broccoli, pineapple).
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Once the wok is hot, add the ham and vegetables. Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add cooked rice to the wok and continue stir-frying for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Season with additional salt to taste if desired. Serve and enjoy!

Sandwiches or Wraps:

  1. Slice the Vegan Chicken Ham into thin strips.
  2. Place the slices in a sandwich or wrap with your favorite vegetables, lettuce, avocado, and condiments.
  3. Serve cold or grill for a crispy finish. Enjoy a hearty, plant-based sandwich!

Baked Vegan Chicken Ham:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the ham into 1-inch thick pieces and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Brush with a light layer of olive oil or marinade for added flavor.
  4. Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until slightly crispy on the edges.
  5. Serve as a side dish or incorporate into salads, casseroles, or pastas.

Stir-Fry with Noodles:

  1. Slice Vegan Chicken Ham and your choice of vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, etc.).
  2. Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Stir-fry the ham and vegetables for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add cooked noodles and your favorite stir-fry sauce (soy sauce, hoisin, or tamari).
  5. Stir to combine, cook for another 2–3 minutes, and serve hot.

My #1 favorite Maywah product
We love this chicken/ham log, it's so versatile - just slice for cold sandwiches, fry up for a stir fry, or use with pepper and onions (and vegan chz) for the BEST chicken cheesesteak. It's delicious as is, or neutral enough to season in nearly any way. Also a great source of protein and cruelty free :)

Gave me a stomach ache
I ordered 3 of these and wish I had only ordered one. I tried them twice and both times it made me very nauseous and sick to my stomach. I emailed the company to see if I can have a refund and haven’t heard back from anyone. But I won’t be finishing off these hams that’s for sure, just the thought of them makes me sick to my stomach.

Good for Gluten free diet
Great product! Easy to prepare - stir-fry, baked, or just toss into soup with noodles or rice cooker. We have many friends who are on plant-based/gluten free diets have ordered this products for many years with no issues.
