Cooking Suggestions:

Stir-Fried BBQ Ribs:

  1. Prepare stir-fry seasoning: mix 1/2 tablespoon of water, 1 tablespoon of vegetable cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 2/3 tablespoon of soy sauce.
  2. Slice vegetables like ginger, broccoli, and celery into smaller pieces.
  3. Heat a wok and stir-fry the seasoning mixture with the vegetables until fragrant.
  4. Add Vegan BBQ Ribs to the wok and stir well.
  5. Bring to a boil, then mix 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch with water and pour it into the wok to thicken the sauce.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Grilled BBQ Ribs:

  1. Marinate Vegan BBQ Ribs with your favorite BBQ sauce for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Grill over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side until lightly charred.
  3. Serve with roasted vegetables or a side salad.

BBQ Rib Sandwich:

It is delicious
I have been shopping at lily's vegan pantry for years and enjoyed going into the store and finding new products to try out. Since moving to Georgia I have to have it shipped. I love their products, easy to cook and love the taste.
