Very similar to imitation crab
I was pleasantly surprised how close this came to the imitation crab you can usually get in the seafood department of stores. I would totally put this in a vegan udon bowl and I think it would even be passable in taste to an omni.I want to put 4.5 stars but it's only letting me do 4 or 5. I think it leans closer to 5 :)
