Cooking Suggestions

Fuzhou Ball Soup

  1. Boil 4 cups of vegetable broth with sliced mushrooms, water chestnuts, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Add the Vegan Fuzhou Balls to the soup and simmer for 10–15 minutes until they float to the top.
  3. Season with vegetarian seasoning and a splash of soy sauce for flavor.
  4. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.

Stir-Fried Fuzhou Balls

  1. Slice vegetables such as bell peppers, carrots, and onions.
  2. Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the vegetables.
  3. Add the Vegan Fuzhou Balls to the pan and cook until slightly crispy on the outside.

Great for Noodle Soups
I always add these fish balls to noodle soups that I make at home as well as take-out orders. Very tasty mushroom flavor.
