Cooking Suggestions:

Vegan Lemon Chicken Stir-Fry

  1. Slice the Vegan Lemon Chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice your choice of vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, carrots, broccoli) into small pieces.
  3. In a wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add the sliced Vegan Lemon Chicken to the wok and stir well.
  6. Prepare the sauce: Mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water.
Vegan Lemon Chicken with Pineapple
  1. Slice the Vegan Lemon Chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cube 4 oz of pineapple chunks and slice 1 red bell pepper.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the pineapple and bell pepper and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the Vegan Lemon Chicken and stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1/2 tablespoon of sugar.
  7. Pour the sauce over the stir-fry and cook for another 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
  8. Serve with steamed rice.
Vegan Lemon Chicken Skewers
  1. Cut the Vegan Lemon Chicken into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Marinate the cubes in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of mustard oil, and a pinch of white pepper powder for 15-20 minutes.

Deliciously sweet and sour!
My wife and I love these. If you like the combination of sweet and sour, you'll like these. Also they are salty and fatty too. They hit all the flavor hotspots. They are NOT low calorie though, so keep that in mind that they could be dangerous if you are trying to lose weight.
