Ingredients:

  • Pasting Agent (Starch Acetate)
  • Gluten
  • Sugar
  • Yeast Extract
  • Salt
  • Seasoning Agent (MSG)
  • Glycine
  • Sodium 5'-Inosinate
  • Sodium 5'-Guanylate
  • Black Pepper
  • Star Anise Powder
  • Cinnamon Powder
  • Clove Powder
  • Chinese Red Pepper Powder
  • Sweetener (Licorice Extracts)

Cooking Suggestions:

Stovetop:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of oil.
  2. Place the vegan black pepper steaks in the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy.
  3. Optionally, add a splash of soy sauce or vegetable broth to deglaze the pan, creating a flavorful sauce.
  4. Remove the steaks from the pan and serve hot with your favorite side dish, like steamed vegetables or rice.

Grill:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
  2. Lightly oil the grill grates or brush the steaks with oil.
  3. Place the vegan black pepper steaks on the grill and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until grill marks appear and they are heated through.
  4. Serve immediately with a side of grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.

Stir-Fry:

  1. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the vegan black pepper steaks, breaking them into smaller pieces, and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until crispy.
  3. Add your favorite stir-fry vegetables (like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms) and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  4. Season with soy sauce, black pepper, and a pinch of chili flakes for extra heat.
  5. Serve with rice or noodles for a complete meal.
