Cooking Suggestions

Stovetop:

Delicious
I personally like this a lot. It's soft, chewy, and buttery, much like the other "salmon" product on this website. It is delicious just fried by itself, which is the true sign of a great imitation product. Not perfect salmon taste, this has just a little hint of sweetness like most may wah products. The "flesh" tears nicely into little chunks like fish. Personally I like the "filet" version of the salmon a little more because of its shape, but this is a little cheaper and easier to fry.
