Stir-Fried Vegan Black Pepper Beef with Vegetables

Stovetop:

  1. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add sliced onions, bell peppers, and broccoli, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.

Grill:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Delicious & versatile!
Love these! We use them in stir fries & bibimbap regularly, and they're great by themselves or sliced and thrown into a recipe. Great flavor as-is or complementing many sauces. Super versatile.
