Ingredients:

  • Textured Soybean Protein (Soybean Protein, Wheat Protein, Wheat Starch, Calcium Carbonate, Calcium Sulfate)
  • Water
  • Soybean Oil
  • Isolated Soybean Protein
  • Raw Cane Sugar
  • Wheat Protein
  • Trehalose
  • Vegan Flavor (Vegetable Oil, Carboxylic Acids)
  • Flavoring Agents (I+G Glycine, DL-Alanine)
  • Salt
  • Soybean Fiber
  • Contains less than 0.5% of: Yeast Extract, Modified Tapioca Starch, Transglutaminase, White Pepper Powder, Licorice

Cooking Suggestions:

Stovetop:

  1. Heat a skillet or non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add 1-2 tablespoons of oil to the pan.
  3. Place the vegan chicken steaks in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Grill:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

Oven:

  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until heated through.

Air Fryer:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the vegan chicken steaks in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
