  • Activated Water
  • Dried Laver
  • Canola Oil
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Vegetarian Seasonings

Cooking Suggestions:

Classic Pan-Fried Vegan Fish:
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat with 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  2. Place the Vegan Fish in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  3. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a side of steamed vegetables or rice.

Vegan Fish Tacos:

  1. Lightly pan-fry or bake the Vegan Fish until crispy.
  2. Warm up soft taco shells.
  3. Assemble tacos with shredded cabbage, avocado slices, pico de gallo, and a drizzle of vegan chipotle mayo.
  4. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.

Vegan Fish Curry:

  1. Heat oil in a pot and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger.
  • Add curry powder, turmeric, and cumin, cooking until fragrant.
  • Stir in coconut milk, diced tomatoes, and chopped bell peppers.
  • Add the Vegan Fish and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  • Serve with basmati rice or naan bread.
Sweet and Tangy Pineapple Stir-Fry:
  1. Slice 4 oz. of pineapple chunks and red peppers into small pieces.
  2. In a pan, prepare the sauce:
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
    • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
    • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger root
  3. Heat the sauce until it begins to boil.
  4. Add the sliced vegetables and Vegan Fish to the pan. Turn the fish occasionally to pan-fry both sides evenly.
  5. Cook the fish until slightly browned.
  6. Transfer the fish to a serving plate and pour the sauce and vegetables over it.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
