Made with sweet rice flour, all-purpose flour, and a touch of cane sugar, this mix delivers a light yet satisfying texture with a unique flavor from matcha. It's the perfect way to add a burst of energy to your morning with a delicious vegan twist.

Ingredients:

  • Sweet Rice Flour
  • All Purpose Flour
  • Cane Sugar
  • Matcha Powder
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt

Allergens: Wheat

Cooking Instructions:

Vegan Method:

  • Whisk 1 cup of the dry pancake mix with 1 cup of plant-based milk (mylk).
  • Mix until well incorporated.
  • Ladle 1/4 cup of batter onto a pan heated to medium.
  • Cook for about 1-2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
