- Water
- Yam Flour
- All-Purpose Flour
- Salt
- Calcium Hydroxide
- Seasoning Flavor
- Oleoresin Paprika
Cooking Instructions:
Boiling:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add a little salt.
- Add the vegan lobster and cook for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove and let cool. Slice as desired and serve cold or in other preparations.
Stir-Frying:
- Slice the vegan lobster into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat 1–2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced lobster and your choice of vegetables or aromatics. Stir-fry for 5–7 minutes until golden and well-coated with sauce.
Stewing:
- Slice the vegan lobster into chunks.
- Add to a simmering stew or soup during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
