Perfect Texture
This was surprisingly really good. It has a perfect fatty meaty texture and realistic flavor. The "fat" (white part) has a soft but dense springiness to it like real pork fat and the brown "meat" has a nice fibrous bite to it. It has a mild neutral flavor so it can be prepared in many different ways and it's even good plain without sauce. The consistency and texture remains the same however you cook it. Very versatile and highly recommend!
