Savor the smoky, savory flavors of our Vegan Smoked Ham, crafted with soybean fiber and infused with aromatic spices like Chinese Five Spice. Perfect for stir-fries, sandwiches, or holiday feasts.

Ingredients:

  • Soybean Fiber
  • Soybean Protein Hydrolysate
  • Bean Oil
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Vegetarian Seasonings (White Pepper, Black Pepper, Chinese Five Spice)

Cooking Instructions:

Stir-Frying:

  1. Slice the Vegan Smoked Ham and dice your desired vegetables (e.g., carrots, string beans, broccoli, pineapple).
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the vegetables and ham to the wok, stirring for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add pre-cooked rice to the wok and continue stir-frying for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt to taste. Serve and enjoy!

Oven Roasting:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Tasty and easy to prepare!
Tasty and easy to prepare! Also nice to find a ham that is both vegan and gluten-free. Most hams/chickens/etc. that are vegan have wheat protein; I am so grateful that May Wah has so many products without wheat!
