Made with premium ingredients like konjac powder and modified potato starch, they offer a shrimp-like texture without gluten, soy, or any garlic and onion. Perfect for large meals, family gatherings, or food service, these vegan shrimps can be used in a variety of dishes such as stir-fries, soups, vegan seafood platters, and more.

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Konjac Powder
  • Beta Glucan
  • Modified Potato Starch
  • Paprika
  • Sugar
  • Sea Salt
  • Carrageenan
  • Alginates
  • Calcium Hydroxide

Cooking Instructions:

Boiling:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the vegan shrimps and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from the water and drain. They’re ready to be incorporated into your favorite dishes.

Stir-Frying:

  1. Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the vegan shrimps and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, flipping occasionally, until crispy and golden.
  3. Add your favorite vegetables, sauces, or spices for a complete meal.

Deep-Frying:

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F.
  2. Carefully drop the vegan shrimps into the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
  3. Remove and drain excess oil.

Oven Baking:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the vegan shrimps on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through for even crispiness.

Grilling:

  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Lightly oil the grill grate and grill the vegan shrimps for 3-4 minutes per side or until charred and crispy.

Getting ready for winter!
My shopping experience is an annual event at Lily’s Vegan Panty. I live in the Midwest where the opportunity to get vegan option is limited. I stock up of essentials that are necessary for days when I don’t want to leave home and still want to prepare a delicious meal. In another life, I enjoyed seafood tremendously and now have a vegan option.
