Ingredients:
- Water
- Konjac Powder
- Beta Glucan
- Modified Potato Starch
- Paprika
- Sugar
- Sea Salt
- Carrageenan
- Alginates
- Calcium Hydroxide
Cooking Instructions:
Boiling:
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add a pinch of sea salt.
- Add the vegan prawns to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from water and drain. They are now ready for your favorite stir-fry, sauté, or other dishes.
Stir-Frying:
- Heat 1-2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the vegan prawns and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, occasionally flipping them, until golden and crispy on the edges.
- Add in your preferred vegetables, sauces, or spices for a complete dish.
Deep-Frying:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or a large pot to 350°F.
- Carefully drop the vegan prawns into the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes or until they become crispy and golden brown.
- Remove and drain excess oil before serving.
Oven Baking:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the vegan prawns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through for even crispiness.
Grilling:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate and grill the vegan prawns for 3-4 minutes per side or until charred and crispy.
