Ingredients:

  • Kelp Extract
  • Yeast Extract
  • Mushroom Extract
  • Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein
  • Spice
  • Sea Salt

Cooking Suggestions:

Seasoning for Soups and Stews:

  1. Prepare your soup or stew base (vegetable broth, beans, lentils, etc.).
  2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of Organic Vegan G Seasoning to the pot.
  3. Stir well to dissolve the seasoning and blend it into the dish.
  4. Taste and adjust the amount of seasoning to your preference.
  5. Simmer for 10-15 minutes for the flavors to meld, and serve.

Flavorful Stir-Fries:

  1. Prepare your stir-fry with vegetables, tofu, or seitan in a hot pan with a little oil.
  2. Once the ingredients are nearly cooked through, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of Organic Vegan G Seasoning.
  3. Stir to coat the ingredients evenly.
  4. Continue cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the seasoning to infuse the dish.

Vegan Marinades for Tofu, Tempeh, or Seitan:
