Cooking Suggestions
- Slice 4 oz of pineapple chunks and red bell peppers into small pieces.
- In a wok, stir fry the seasoning mixture: 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, and 1 1/2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger root.
- Once the seasoning begins to boil, add the sliced vegetables and vegan lemon chicken to the wok.
- Let it boil again, then add 1/2 tablespoon of cornstarch water to thicken the sauce.
- Stir everything well and cook until heated through.
