• Water
• Non-GMO Vegan Ham
• Mushrooms
• Green Beans
• Corn
• Carrots
• Toona
• Canola Oil
• Soy Sauce
• Salt

Cooking Suggestions

Microwave Method

  1. Place the Vegan Ham with Fried Rice in a microwave-safe dish.
  2. Microwave for 1 minute and 50 seconds at 1400W, 3 minutes at 800W, or 3 minutes and 40 seconds at 600W, depending on your microwave's wattage.
  3. Let it rest for a minute.
  4. Stir thoroughly and serve hot.

Stovetop Method

  1. Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of canola oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms, green beans, corn, and carrots to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
  3. Add the non-GMO vegan ham to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the rice, soy sauce, and salt. Stir everything together and cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
