Microwave Method
- Place the Vegan Ham with Fried Rice in a microwave-safe dish.
- Microwave for 1 minute and 50 seconds at 1400W, 3 minutes at 800W, or 3 minutes and 40 seconds at 600W, depending on your microwave's wattage.
- Let it rest for a minute.
- Stir thoroughly and serve hot.
Stovetop Method
- Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of canola oil over medium heat.
- Add the mushrooms, green beans, corn, and carrots to the pan and sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Add the non-GMO vegan ham to the pan and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Add the rice, soy sauce, and salt. Stir everything together and cook for another 3-5 minutes until heated through.
