Ingredients:

  • Wheat Fiber
  • Water
  • Non-GMO Soybean Protein
  • Olive Oil
  • Enzyme
  • Sugar
  • Sea Salt
  • Seaweed
  • Vegetarian Seasoning

Cooking Instructions:

Pan-Frying:

  1. Defrost the vegan belt fish if frozen.
  2. Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the vegan belt fish and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden brown.
