Shipping Schedule:
- Orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday – Wednesday will be shipped within 24 hours.

Arrival Guidelines:
While we strive for timely deliveries, arrival times may vary due to factors beyond our control.
- Signature Required: UPS requires a signature upon delivery. Let us know if you prefer to leave the package at the door by leaving a note with your order or contacting us. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable deliveries. If not, consider delivering to an alternate address where someone is present.
- Track Your Order: If you don’t receive your package by 6:00 PM on the expected delivery date, contact us for assistance in tracking your shipment.
Important Arrival Guidelines:
- Inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 12 hours of delivery.
- Lily's Vegan Pantry is not responsible for replacing stolen packages. However, we can file a claim with UPS on your behalf.

Frozen Items:
For frozen packages, we use styrofoam boxes with dry ice. You may receive items at thawed conditions; they can be refrozen because they are precooked. Lily’s Vegan Pantry is not responsible for melted or damaged products during shipping. For frozen items, we recommend expedited services to ensure they arrive frozen.
Return Policy:
To ensure product quality, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please select expedited shipping options for frozen items during summer months to avoid spoilage.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Lost Packages: Check your delivery location thoroughly. If still missing, contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS or reach out to us for assistance.
- Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for replacing stolen items once they leave our location.
Claims:
Claims for reimbursement, replacement, or refund due to shipping delays must wait until we settle with our shipping carriers.
