Cooking Instructions:
Pan-Seared:
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook steak for 2–3 minutes per side, pressing gently for an even sear.
- Let rest for 2 minutes before slicing.
Grilled:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high.
- Brush the steak with oil and season as desired.
