Juicy, tender, and packed with 25g of protein per serving, Chunk’s Plant-Based Pulled Meat delivers the rich taste and pull-apart texture of slow-cooked beef—completely plant-based! Made from non-GMO soy, this versatile pulled steak is perfect for sautéing, grilling, barbecuing, or baking. Use it in sandwiches, tacos, rice bowls, and more!

Ingredients:

  • Water
  • Cultured Soy Protein (Defatted Soy Flour, Soy Protein Isolate, Wheat Gluten)
  • Coconut Oil
  • Natural Flavors
  • Beet Juice Concentrate (for Color)
  • Salt
  • Iron Bisglycinate (Iron)
  • Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)

Contains: Soy, Wheat, Coconut

Cooking Instructions:

Pan-Seared:

  1. Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the pulled steak and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly crispy.
  3. Serve hot in sandwiches, wraps, or over rice.

Grilled:

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Toss the pulled steak with a little oil and seasoning.
  3. Grill in a grilling basket or foil packet for 4–5 minutes, stirring once.

Oven-Roasted:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Spread the pulled steak on a lined baking sheet and lightly coat with oil.
  3. Bake for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Barbecued:

  1. Preheat barbecue to medium heat.
  2. Toss pulled steak with barbecue sauce and place in a grilling basket or foil packet.
  3. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Use as a filling for tacos, burritos, sandwiches, grain bowls, or stir-fries!
