ORDERING GUIDELINES

At Lily’s Vegan Pantry, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless.
You can place orders online or via phone. Please note that the minimum online order is $30.

  • Order Processing:

    • UPS orders placed before 3:00 PM from Monday – Wednesday will be shipped within 24 hours.
    • NYC home deliveries placed before 7:00 AM will receive same-day delivery (available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
    • Tuesday is the last day to ship 3-day UPS orders.
    • Orders placed from Thursday - Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.
  • Out of Stock Notification:
    If any product from your order is out of stock, you will receive an email or phone call notifying you of any possible delay.

  • Order Confirmation:
    Upon placing your order online, you will immediately receive a confirmation email. Please review your order carefully and contact us if there is a mistake.

  • Shipping Notifications:
    If you provide your email with your order, UPS will send you a confirmation email with an expected time of arrival once the package leaves our location. If you do not receive a confirmation, check your spam folder or contact us at info@lilysveganpantry.com or 877-668-2668 for assistance.

  • Shipping Restrictions:
    UPS delivers only to land addresses; we do not ship to PO Box addresses. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday.

  • Fraudulent Orders:
    We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if it appears fraudulent

Frozen Items:
For frozen packages, we use styrofoam boxes with dry ice. You may receive items at thawed conditions; they can be refrozen because they are precooked. Lily’s Vegan Pantry is not responsible for melted or damaged products during shipping. For frozen items, we recommend expedited services to ensure they arrive frozen.

    Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order and the delivery location. You can review your shipping charges after entering your information at checkout.

ARRIVAL GUIDELINES

  • Signature Requirement:
    UPS requires a signature upon delivery. Let us know your delivery preferences in the comment box at checkout, email us, or contact us. If you prefer to leave the package at the front door, we can include a note for the carriers, but the driver has the final decision.

  • Delivery Preparation:
    Please order in advance to ensure timely delivery. If you cannot receive your package at the billing address, consider having it delivered to a commercial address where someone will be available to receive it.

  • Tracking Your Package:
    Keep track of your package's scheduled arrival date. If your shipment does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the scheduled date, please contact us to track your shipment.

  • Inspect Upon Arrival:
    Inspect the contents of your package upon arrival. We must hear from you within 12 hours of delivery to process a claim for damage or loss


RETURN AND CLAIMS

To maintain the quality of our products, Lily’s Vegan Pantry does not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Summer Shipping for Frozen Products:
    If you order frozen products in summer, please use an EXPEDITED shipping method to prevent melting. We do not accept returns for melted items.

  • Contact Information:

  • Lost Packages:
    Check your shipping location thoroughly if your package is lost. You can contact UPS directly at 1-800-PICK-UPS for tracking assistance. If you're unable to locate your package, please reach out to us.

  • Stolen Packages:
    Lily’s Vegan Pantry is not responsible for replacing stolen items.

  • Claims for Spoilage:
    Claims for reimbursement or replacement of perishable goods spoiled due to shipping delays must wait until we have settled claims with our shipping carriers.
