Frozen Items:
For frozen packages, we use styrofoam boxes with dry ice. You may receive items at thawed conditions; they can be refrozen because they are precooked. Lily’s Vegan Pantry is not responsible for melted or damaged products during shipping. For frozen items, we recommend expedited services to ensure they arrive frozen.
UPS requires a signature upon delivery. Let us know your delivery preferences in the comment box at checkout, email us, or contact us. If you prefer to leave the package at the front door, we can include a note for the carriers, but the driver has the final decision.
Please order in advance to ensure timely delivery. If you cannot receive your package at the billing address, consider having it delivered to a commercial address where someone will be available to receive it.
Keep track of your package's scheduled arrival date. If your shipment does not arrive by 6:00 PM on the scheduled date, please contact us to track your shipment.
Inspect the contents of your package upon arrival. We must hear from you within 12 hours of delivery to process a claim for damage or loss
If you order frozen products in summer, please use an EXPEDITED shipping method to prevent melting. We do not accept returns for melted items.
