  • Seasoning Agent (MSG, Monosodium L-glutamate, Glycine, Sodium 5'-Inosinate, Sodium 5'-Guanylate)
  • Yeast Extract
  • Salt
  • White Pepper Powder
  • Flavor

Cooking Suggestions:

Stir-Fry with Vegetables and Tofu:

  1. Slice the vegan smoked duck and tofu into thin strips.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the vegan smoked duck and cook until lightly crispy.

Got this to make a vegetarian version of a duck dish I make every Thanksgiving. It is almost indistinguishable from shredded real smoked duck.Spread on a piece of puff pastry: cashew butter with molasses, hot pepper jelly, caramelized red onions and "duck." Roll and cut some vents in the pastry. Bake till golden. Serve. Stand back.
